2. Place it over your heart.
3. Download Audacity software (free of charge)
4. Record it

Audacity
Place your steth ear piece close to the build-in microphone in your camera. Now use the Audacity to
record it, after that Normalize the recording now.
In Cool Edit Pro elect:
Scientific Filters elect 60 Hz Hum Notch Filter
Low pass.
Master gain
L:20
R:30
Done.
P.S. Use goldwave change the Pitch of your record (up to one octave two times) if you want to.
